Abstract:	At the development of ischemia alongside with infringement of microcirculation it the increase of the activation of processes of lipid peroxidation and oppression antioxidations protection are observed. The treatment should consist in reconstructive renewal of blood supply. ln general treatment it is expedient to add intravenous introduction Cytochromum С in a doze 2 мг 1 time per day during 10 day and more.
