Тактичні аспекти і профілактика тромбоемболічних ускладнень у невідкладній ендоскопічній хірургії жовчнокам'яної хвороби

Abstract

Results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) at 745 patients with cholelithiasis has been analyzed. At 52 patients with choledochlithiasis the surgery was performed stage bу stage. Endoscopic papilotomy was performed first followed Ьу LC in З-7 days. There were fixed З patients (0,4%) with thrombosis ofleg deep vein, 1 patient (0,13%) had the thrombosis of pulmonary artery.Тhis approach allowed us to obtain good results with minimal complication rate. The main method of ТРА prophylaxis is conservative with using of fraksiparin and endotelon in composition with methods of pressure lowering and improvement of venous return.
