Abstract

The data of clincial observations with 68 patients with bleeding from the upper parts of the gastrointestinal tract are given. The data obtained indicated that sandostatin involvement into patients with duodenal ulcer with bleedings treatment resulted in the expressed effect development that was characterized bу coagulative blood system activity increasing and anticoagulative blood system activity suppression. One could see the increasing of number of the episodes of bleedings termination and decreasing of number of the episodes of bleedings reestablishing as well as pain intensity decreasing and pain withdrawing together with duodenal mucous layer defect curing in patients that were additionally. Additionally, sandostatin involvement into patients with duodenal ulcer with bleedings treatment lead to finacial efficacy in decline to obtain blood-containing remedies.
