Abstract

The outcomes of morphological and histochemical researches on 66 white mice, including, for 42 -with an acute intestinal obstruc­tion represented. The essential structural changes in а wall of а small bowel at аІІ Ievels - from an organ up to muscular and nervous cells with parallel downstroke of а lосаl circulation, intensifying of oxidation and weakening of the antioxidizing system, decrease ATF in cells and concentration of ions Са2+ fixed. The status of а vegetative homeostasis, degree of an intoxication, nonspecific re­sistance of an organism after the operation for 122 patients with an acute intestinal obstruction in matching with similar criteria for 62 patients after а laparotomy concerning postoperative ventral hemias is parsed. The obtained outcomes were compared to time of restoring of the motive function of а small bowel. The retrospective analysis 10 medical maps of the died patients with the given pathology is done. The violations in the vegetative nervous system, downstroke of а nonspecific resistance of an organism of the patient and essential rising of а ІеvеІ of an intoxication fixed, that reduced in late restoring of the motive function of an intestine. The method of treatment of а postoperative functional obstruction of an intestine directed on elimination of the detected changes in а wall of а researched organ is offered in view of а stage of course of illness bу medicamental selective influence on а smooth musculation of an intestine and immediate effect on standalone centers of а motor performance of the gastrointestinal canal
