Abstract

For objective definition of а degree of intestinal failure the level of а marker of damage of а small bowel in the dynamic of surgical treatment of the patients with an acute obstruction of а small bowel of а different etiology is investigated and at operations with а drainage of а small bowel and without а drainage. The dependence of an endogenic intoxication оn а degree of damage of а small bowel is shown. Оn the basis of the spent researches is created base for objective learning of efficiency of different methods intraintestinal therapy.
