Abstract

Тhе article deals with one of the most important problems of abdominal surgery - the improvement of the quality of acute adhesiom prophylaxy throughout the postoperative period after the abdominal cavity organs operations. Pharmacological drugs usage throughout the operations was the main goal of the authors. Тhеу proposed and used practically the original method of acute postoperatiove adhesions prophylaxy using dalargin, fibrinolysin together with fraxyparin. Тhе data obtained showed high efficiency of the metЬod proposed.
