Диспозитивність - міжгалузевий принцип процесуального права

Abstract

У статті досліджується принцип диспозитивності як міжгалузевий принцип права, його зміст та особливості закріплення у нормах різних галузях права України, аналізуються норми Конституції України, які закріплюють основні засади судочинства, та норми галузевих кодексів, що визначають зміст принципу диспозитивності.

The article analyzes the principle of dispositivity as the interdisciplinary principle of law, its content and peculiarities of consolidation in the norms of various branches of the law of Ukraine, analyzes the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, which establish the basic principles of legal proceedings, and the norms of proceeding codes that define the content of the principle of dispositivity.
