Abstract:	An actual scientific task which consists in determination of influencing of reformation and development of the political system of country on the processes of modernizations in the field of state administration is untied in the article. Actuality of research of problem of politiko-administrativnoy modernization of society and state is conditioned, foremost, tim, that all changes in the state control (bringing of various elements and mechanisms of the system is to conformity with practice of creation of the state) system took place and continue to take place due to modernization.
