Інституційний вимір трансформації владних відносин на Закарпатті в першій чверті ХХ століття

Abstract

In the political history of Transcapathia one can distinquish some stages which are based on the political-legal and the state-representative base. That is the political situation of the region on the border of the XIX – XX century before the disintegration of Austria-Hungary and the finishing of the First World War and the search of the state national identical¸ and the national-cultural awakening. In the Transcapathia these problems and the institutional manifestations of transformation of the political systems are considering in such relation. In particularly they are interesting in the correlation of the political relations between „the centre” and „the region” in the different political systems.
