Політико–правові засади становлення концепції національних інтересів України в умовах трансформаційних процесів на постсоціалістичному просторі

Abstract

“Interests move people’s lives” (Gegel), national interests that lie in the realization of law of every nation to the independent existence, its subjectivness in the world history are also appeared in the role of active, motive power of the historical process. Regulative – legal acts that make the basis of law – juridical base of the conception of the national interests of Ukraine have been analyzed. Personal opinion of the conceptual approaches to the understanding of national interests and their classifica-tion has been proposed.
