Забезпечення церковним майном релігійних організацій в Україні: політико–правовий аспект

Abstract

The process of religious revival in Ukraine, which caused an enormous growth in the number of religious organizations, brought up the problem of providing them with religious premises and property. The full provision of religious organizations with religious premises can be made in two ways: first, by restituting formerly nationalized premises and property to legal owners; second, by building new temples. This problem can be solved satisfactorily only by common efforts of the state and religious organizations. Such positive interaction is a key contribution to the lessening of public tension because of religion as well as to the harmonization of relations between the church and the state in Ukraine.
