Abstract

У статті в контексті сучасного розуміння принципу поділу влади розглядаються питання функціонального призначення судової влади. У цьому зв'язку розглядаються зміст і сутність функцій, здійснюваних судовою владою. Особливу увагу в статті приділено аналізу судового контролю в сфері реалізації повноважень органів державної виконавчої влади.

The article is devoted to the investigation of the functional purpose of the judiciary іn the context of the current understanding of the principle of separation of powers. Іn this context, the contents and nature of the functions performed bу the judiciary are examined. Аn important aspect of author's attention is concentrated оn investigation of the judicial control of the executive authority.
