Abstract:	In case of Ukrainian transition from the presidential-parliamentary republic the neighbour countries ex-perieme in the forming of the political systems (also Hungarian Republic) is very important. The spars the separation and balance between the branches of power, praess of development and improving of the democratic parliamentary Hungarian Republic.
