Abstract:	Poland is the member of EU, a country with the proof economic system and stable level of welfare of population, unlike it in Ukraine of such stability it is not. It is tied-up, above all things, with an internal political situation in Ukraine: pro-western president, pro-russian premier, political crises which took place one by one after victory of orange command; all of it not by the best appearance influences on subsequent development. That is why the study of Polish experience of activity of political establishment and also functioning of political institutes is important for modern Ukraine, in particular for parliament.
