Abstract

Examining the phenomenon of justice we take a notice of different philosophical, political and lawful categories. Such necessity springs up in the light of different ideas and different interpretations of this phenomenon. So, justice as equality is a mental category that fulfils a function of commensurability of energies and rewards, violations and punishments. But political justice is such of this equality type in witch statement of persons good is occurs necessarily considering the equality of “others”. Most deep sense of justice opens through the category of truth. In this case justice is discussed as a true life or life with true. Thus we can pick out two positions in the understanding of justice Justice as equality and as a truth.
