Основні напрями та етапи еволюції українського парламентаризму

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the development of the Parlament of Ukraine. The author determines six stages of evolution of the Parliament. Parliament repeatedly appeared in the center of the political conflicts with other government institutions, mainly, with the President of Ukraine. Main reasons of such conflicts, as a rule, was a fight for the determination of the government authories. Unfortunately, such fight distracted state institutions from the working out sharp problems of the socially economic development of the state. However, currently,Verchovna Rada is the most democratic public authority in which opposition forces have voice and can influence the legislative processes.
