Транскордонне співробітництво в умовах інтеграційних процесів в Україні

Abstract

Стаття присвячена правовому аналізу транскордонного співробітництва в Україні. В статті дано поняття транскордонного співробітництва, визначено правові ознаки транскордонного співробітництва, розглянуті форми транскордонного співробітництва, визначено складові дефініції єврорегіону як особливої форми транскордонного співробітництва. Наведена правова база щодо транскордонного співробітництва із прикладами національних та міжнародних правових актів.

The Article is devoted to the legal analysis of transfrontal collaboration in Ukraine. The concept of transfrontal collaboration is given in the article, certainly legal signs of transfrontal collaboration, the forms of transfrontal collaboration are considered, certainly constituents of the concept European region as the special form of transfrontal collaboration. А legal base is resulted in relation to а transfrontal collaboration with the examples of national and international legal acts.
