Реальність та перспективи стандартизації антибіотикопрофілактики та терапії у невідкладній хірургічній гастроентерології

Abstract

Тhе article analyzes antibioticoprophylaxis and therapy, used in treatment of 721 patient with acute surgical pathology and trauma of gastrointestinal tract. The most frequently used antibiotics were cephalosporins or gentamycin combined with metronidazole, despite the late reports about resistance of abdominal sepsis infections to the mentioned antimicrobial agents. The article emphasizes the necessity of standardization of antibioticoprophylaxis and therapy with health guard organizers, clinical pharmacists and surgeons taking part.
