Динаміка місцевих імунних реакції в слизовій оболонці дванадцятипалої кишки при хронічному первинному дуоденіті

Abstract

Thear were carried out morphologic and immunomorphologic investigations of the mucous membrane of the duodenumin 42 patients suffering from duodenitis with the ulcerative type of clinical course. The bioptic spesimen obtained via esophagogastroduodenoscopy served as an investigstion material. 1О above mentioned organs of healthy persons comprised а control group. The investigation data demonstrated the primary chronic duodenitis with the course of 5 years or more to bе associated with the marked atrophic changes, disbalance and instability in the structural homeostasis of the investigated organ, alterative, infiltrative and sclerotic phenomena, considerable vascular and ІосаІ immune protection lessons, respectively.
