Програмовані пологи у жінок з передчасним розривом амніону та недоношеною вагітністю

Abstract

76 women with premature pregnancy and premature amnion rupture were observed. The durention of anhydrous interval till their labor induction was 75,22±9,5 hours. In 42 women of the first group labours were induced through an intravenous injection of pyracetam and per os prostin Е2 (dinoproston), in 34 women of the second group - intravenous oxytocin. Monitoring of the first group shouwed а better condition of the fetuses during the Iabor, the cardiogram estimation according to Fischer scale constitution 8,11 +0,21 points, in the second group 6,79±0,52 points (р<0,0 1 ). The first group women gave birth after а single induction and their first period lasted 3,51±0,45 hours the second group 12% pregnant women underwent repeated inductions, the first labor period Iasted 7,59±1,32 hours (р<0,02). Thus, labor induction using piracetam and prostin Е2 is more rational, what concerns the foetus.
