Стан імуноглобуліну А, його секреторного компоненту та лізоциму сироватки крові при загрозі переривання вагітності у жінок з хламідійною інфекцією

Abstract

The levels of immunoglobulin А, secretory immunoglobulin А and lysozyme of blood serum were studied in 68 females with threat of interruption of pregnancy, 42 of them had chlamydial infection. The data of 28 practically healthy women were used as the control group. The activity of blood serum lysozyme was defined bу using the method of O.V. Bukharyn. The contents of lgA and slgA in the blood serum were determined bу the method of single radial immunodiffusion according to Manchini. The obtained results proved the considerable decrease of lysozyme and sigA levels оn the background of increased indexes of lgA in the blood serum in the cases of chlamydial infection during the theat of interation of pregnancy. As the result of those alterations there will bе the disturbances of protective barriers of the urogenital tracts mechanisms and the launch of various start systems of interruption of pregnancy.
