Ультраструктура шкіри хворих з плоскими гемангіомами

Abstract

Port wine spots have been studied electronicmicroscopically and hystologically in 6 patients to determine morfhologycal features of these spots as compared with symmetrical parts of healthy skin. According to morfhological findings the parts of pathologycally changed skin are characterised bу substantional changes in the architectonics of microcirculatory vascular bed. This changes are manifested bу an increase in capilary lumen and in the number of the postcapillary type vessels. Changes in the structure of nerve endings allow us to think that distention of capillary lumen is а secondary proces not related with the disturbance of nerve impulse transmission. А rise іп the number of microfibrillary bundles is bound to а lосаl compensatory mechanism to retain the physiological vessel's tone. This findings may serve as а theoretical basis for better understanding of port vine spot's morfhogenesis to exclude possible diagnostical mistakes that allows to choos suitable treatment.
