Abstract

Appearing of ischeamic heart disease, manifestation of myocardial infarction and development of postinfarctive heart in patients with renoparenchimatic arterial hypertension (RАН) occur on а especial background due to the number of pathological changes: evolution of the RАН and renal diseases. One can make prognosis of great expansion and depth of myocardial necrosis and high risk of fatal arrythmias development, progressive increasing of heart failure that is the result of exhausting of adaptive mechanisms, which maintain the heart muscle contractility. It leads to development of а row of peculiarities of postinfarctive heart forming depending on genesis of arterial hypertension, which need further thorough studying of the named pathologic condition, improving of diagnostic and prognostic criteria, evaluating of new differential treating and recreative trends.
