Зміни ендотелійопосередкованої вазодилятації артерій у хворих із симптоматичною нефрогенною артеріальною гіпертензією

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to reveal changes of endothelium-mediated vasodilation of muscle type arteries and arterioles in patients with nephrogenic arterial hypertension. 95 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, among which 40 persons with nephrogenic arterial hypertension, 29 persons with chronic renal failure, and 25 practically healthy persons as the control group were examineted. The state of endothelium-mediated vasodilation of arteries was studied bу biomicroscopy of bulbar conjunctival vessels with pharmacological test with Acetylcholinum, and venous occlusion plethysmography with reactive hyperemia. It was fixed, that development of а nephrogenic arterial hypertension is accompanied bу violation of the functional state of vascular endothelium that characterizes bу decreasing of endothelium-mediated vasodilation of arterioles in reply to administration of Acetylcholinum and muscle type arteries mechanosensitivity. These findings are substantially determined bу а degree of an arterial hypertension. The expressiveness of endothelial dysfunction in nephrogenic arterial hypertension substantially depends on the presence of signs of chronic renal failure.
