Abstract

The immune indexes (cell-like and humoral immunity) for two groups test are studied: the control group • mentally healthy people in the age of 58,3 + 5,3 years, it is intelligently - menta functions and emotional status which one laid within the limits of the age norm; second • patients suffering Ьу Alzheimer's disease (AD) with an early start. Is rotined, that at AD total of lymphocytes and them Т- oftтactions (T-helper and Т • supressor) is reduced, а sensibilization of lymphocytes to cerebral antigen considerably increases, quantity of immunoglobulins of the class G is reduced and quantity of immunoglobulins of classes А and М is enlarged. The problem of а role of immune violations disturbance in nosotropic pathogenetic gears of development of an aphrenia is considered in AD. The comparative analysis of changes of components of evoked potentials of а brain and immune violations is conducted in AD.
