Трансформація традиційної моделі навчання в контексті освітньої реформи

Abstract

У статті розкрито інноваційні зміни в традиційних підходах до навчання та їх очікувані результати відповідно до вимог освітньої реформи й основних положень проекту «Нова школа». Мета статті полягає в аналізі трансформаційних процесів від репродуктивної до продуктивної моделі навчання і мотиваційної готовності сучасного вчителя до впровадження відповідних змін. Використані нами теоретичні методи дослідження, зокрема порівняльний аналіз, систематизація, конкретизація, узагальнення, дозволили визначити базові поняття та виокремити актуальні аспекти проблеми дослідження. Трансформація репродуктивної моделі навчання забезпечується упровадженням у педагогічний процес змін, що стосуються: позиції вчителя і учнів, способів організації і контролю навчальних досягнень, орієнтації на групові форми навчання.

The article reveals innovative changes in traditional approaches to education and their expected results according to the requirements of educational reforms and the main points of the project “New School”. The aim of the article is to analyse the transformation processes from reproductive to productive model of education and the motivational readiness of modern teacher to introduction of appropriate modifications. The methods we used, in particular comparative analysis, systematisation, concretization, generalization, allowed to define the basic concepts and to highlight current aspects of the research problem. Transformation of the reproductive educational model is provided by introduction into the pedagogical process of changes, which are concerned about: the position of teacher and students, the ways of organizing and controlling of educational successes, orientation to group forms of study. The traditional or reproductive model requires an accumulation of certain amount of information and its precise reproducing. Rather conservative traditional model has exhausted itself in the industrial age. The innovative or productive model appears at the same time with changes in social demand to the personality and its role in the social development, which are highlighted in the information age. In the productive model are activated four types of cognitive function: associative, simple formal, sophisticated formal, informal. This approach to teaching provides stimulation of interest to knowledge and to formation of positive learning motivation.
