Особливості перебігу вагітності у жінок з гіпертензивним синдромом (огляд літератури)

Abstract

Present paper deals with the peculiarities of the course of pregnancy in women with pregnancy hypertension, essential hypertension and hypertensive neurocirculatory asthenia. The pregnancy hypertension (gestosis) is the most severe form of hypertensive syndrome, because it provokes irreversible changes in organs and systems of women's body, which sometimes result in ugly states. In particular, the changes in the fetoplacental system may lead to the fetal hypoxia and fetus hypotropia. Neurocirculatory asthenia is а functional disease and, despite the fact that patient may have а severe form of pregnancy, it does not provoke serious complications for the organisms of mother and fetus. In most of women hypertension accompanied bу the pregnancy is aggravated, and fetation retardation, threat of pregnancy interruption and premature delivery are observed.
