Сучасні погляди на хірургічну тактику при кровотечах із варикознрозширених вен стравоходу та шлунку у хворих на цироз печінки і портальну гіпертензію

Abstract

Тhе purpose of the present study was the analysis of а capability of the complex treatment of acute bleedings from the variceally expanded veins of an esophagus and stomach at the patients with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension. Being grounded on the observational data for 82 patients with а cirrhosis of а liver and portal hypertension which were complicated bу oesophageal-stomachal bleedings, which one endoscopicall sclerotherapy, balloon-tamponade, applying of an intravenous infusion of Nytroglicerinum and Obsidanum were executed, а conclusion is drawn that applying of theese means is expedient for patients with а liver cirrhosis. Тhе algorythm of means for bleedings from the variceal veins for а patients with а liver cirrhosis is elaborated.
