Основні протипокази до лапароскопічної холецистектомії при гострому холециститі

Abstract

The рurроsе of the present study was the analysis of the mаіn contraindications to laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) at an acute cholecystitis. Being grounded on expertise of 20 І І laparoscopic cholecystectomies, which one were executed in surgical clinic of District Hospital in Uzhgorod within 1993 to 2000, from which 513 patients were with an acute cholecystitis, а conclusion is drawn about the mаіn contraindications to LC at an acute cholecystitis. They are: acute cholecystitis which lasts mоrе than З days; strongly pronounced paunchy and infiltrating changes in the field of а gallbladder duct and hepatoduodenal bundle; acute pancreatitis; obstructive jaundice and cholangitis; biliar and biliodigestive fistulas; microcyst.
