dc.description.abstractThe article deals with the legal obligations arising from the exercise of a person’s right to euthanasia. In particular, the author considers the responsibilities of health professionals in the exercise of the human right to euthanasia, which are based on the awareness of health professionals of their actions as such, which should be aimed solely at ending the patient’s suffering. The article considers the peculiarities of the legal regulation of euthanasia in some foreign countries. The author emphasizes that the necessary prerequisite for the euthanasia procedure is the patient’s informed consent.uk
