Порушення імунної реактивності при перитоніті та її патогенетична корекція

Abstract

Целью работм было изучение показателей иммунной реактивности у больных перитонитом при вовлечении в базисную терапию патогенетически обусловленных влияний. Результаты проведенных исследований показали, что привлечение к общепринятому лечению больных с перитонитом лазератерапии, энтеросорбции, пептидов тимуса имело положительный эффект.

The aim of the work was the study of the indices of the immune reactivityin patients with peritonitis under the inclusion to а basis therapy of pathogenetically conditioned influences. The results of the study of the investigation data showed that inclusion to generally accepted ereatment of patients with peritoпitis of the laserotherapy, enterosorption, thymus peptides had pronounced positive effect.
