Диагностика первичных и метастатических опухолей печени

Abstract

У роботі узагальнені результати діагностики та лікування 1300 хворих на новоуrворення печінки (ПРП, МРП, дпп). Дана оцінка фізикальних і спеціальних методів дослідження. Підкреслюється значення патоморфологічної верифікації діагнозу на основі біопсії пухлини. Звертається увага на необхідність онконастороженості лікарів загальної лікувальної мережі. В роботі показано, що тільки своєчасна діагностика пухлин печінки дозволяє збільшити число операцій, що є єциним радикальним методом лікування цієї категорії хворих. Методи діагностики новоутворень печінки дозволяюrь виконати радикальні операції у 28% хворих, післяопераційна летальність складає 5,6%.

The paper shows the results of diagnostics and treatrnent of 1300 patients having tumors of liver. Estimation of physical and specialmethods of investigation is given, the importance of pathologoпюrphological verification of the diagnosis made оn the base of biopsy of the tumor is stressed. Attention is given to the problem of increasing general cancer-conseiousness of common doctors and physicians. It is shown in the paper that only the diagnosis of the tumor of the liver determined in due time gives а possibility of increasing а number of radical operations which are the only radical method of curing this category of patients. The methods of diagnostics of liver tumors allows to carry out 28 per cent of radical operations while post-operational is 5,6 per cent
