Abstract

Автор розкрив конструктивні інноваційні підходи Т. Г. Масарика, творця першої демократичної Чехословацької Республіки про вирішення в новоутвореній державі права належності індивіда до певної релігії, конфесії, віросповідання як інституту свободи совісті та їх закріплення на конституційному рівні.

The author revealed the constructive innovative approaches of T. M. Masarik, the creator of the first democratic Czechoslovak Republic to resolve in the newly created state the rights of the individual to belong to a certain religion, denomination, religion as an institution of freedom of conscience and their consolidation at the constitutional level.
