Abstract

The complex clinical-laboratory and functional inspection 50 pregnant women with an acute virus hepatitis is carried out. Fixed main role of а destruction of а plasma membrane, intracellular membranous organoids, basal membrane of an epithe­lium and endothelium blood of pots causing downstroke of metabolic and biosynthetic processes in а placenta, dysgenesis and dysplasia of an internals of а fetus. The disorganization phospholids of а biostratum of membranes smooth endoplasmatic reticulum is morphological substratum of an oppression of antitoxic function of а placenta. In а placenta, alongside with dyszirculyators,destructive-dystrophics changes, are revealed expressed inflammatory and immunomorfological infringe­ments showing for the benefit of а leading role immune of the mechanism of damage as of the basic cause perinatal infection. The prophylaxis obstetric and perinatal complications at the pregnant woman with an acute virus hepatitis consists in high­grade treatment of the basic pathology and correction of fetoplacental failure under the control ehografy, dopplerometry and endocrinological parameters.
