| Abstract: | У дисертації комплексно проаналізовано українсько-чеську торговельно-економічну співпрацю в умовах розвитку трансформаційних процесів Центрально-Східної Європи. Доведено, що активізація торговельно-економічного співробітництва залежала від рівня узгодженості нормативно-правових актів Чехії стандартам Євросоюзу, українсько-чеської договірно-правової бази, яка регулювала двосторонню співпрацю, внутрішньополітичної ситуації в Україні та Чехії, перспектив погашення „Ямбурзького боргу” України перед ЧР, рівня співпраці кожної з країн з Євросоюзом та НАТО. Головними довгостроковими економічними інтересами України у відносинах з Чеською Республікою були: одержання підтримки Чехії щодо реалізації ідеї укладення між Україною та ЄС європейської Угоди про асоціацію; розвиток політичного діалогу; реалізація спільних українсько-чеських економічних та інвестиційних проектів та ін. |
| Description: | The complex analysis of the Ukrainian-Czech trade and economic cooperation under the transformation development processes in Central and Eastern Europe has been done for the first time in the history of the Ukrainian Historiography. It has been proved that the activation of trade and economic cooperation depended on the level of consistency of Czech Legal Acts to EU standards; Ukrainian and Czech juristic contractual framework regulating the bilateral cooperation; the political situation in Ukraine and the Czech Republic; the prospects of repayment of the Ukraine’s ,,Yamburg” debt to the Czech Republic and the level of cooperation of the both countries with the European Union and NATO. The main long-term economic interests of Ukraine in the relations with the Czech Republic were the following: the Czech Republic support of the the idea of the making the EU-Ukraine European Association Agreement; the development of political dialogue; the implementation of the joint Ukrainian-Czech economic and investment projects; the reduce of the resource component and increasing of the the products of the engineering and chemical industries, agricultural products exported to the Czech Republic from Ukrain, etc. In cooperation between Ukraine and the Czech Republic was influenced domestic political situation after the presidential elections in 2010 in Ukraine and in parliamentary elections in the Czech Republic. After the February presidential campaign dialogue between Ukraine and the Czech Republic took place in the „Eastern Partnership”. The main tasks for Ukraine in its relations with the Czech Republic were: further development of the „Eastern Partnership”; institutional strengthening component of the purposes and improving the mechanisms of interaction of member states, including the Czech Republic with the member states initiative. In addition, the dissertation research analyzes political cooperation, the course of political and economic reforms in Ukraine and the Czech Republic, which affect the intensification of bilateral trade and economic relations. |
