| dc.description | Transplantation of the liver from a living donor is the “gold standard”treatment for endstageliver disease. Transplantation ofthe left lateral section of the liver has a number of features and technical difficulties, related to them is match of diameters of connected structures, the presence of severe adhesive processes in the portahepatis in recipients. We investigated the results of 40 transplantations of left lateral section of liver from a living donor. Three methods of reconstruction of hepatic vein graft and the algorithm of their selection according to the anatomical structure of the venous system of the donor were evaluated. | dc.description.abstract | Трансплантація частини печінки від живого родинного донора є золотим стандартом лікування терміналь- них стадій захворюваннь печінки. Трансплантація лівої латеральної секції печінки має ряд особливостей та технічних складностей, що пов’язані з невідповідністю діаметрів структур, що анастомозуються, наявністю вираженого злукового процесу в ділянці воріт печінки у реципієнта. Нами досліджено результати 40 транс- плантацій лівої латеральної секції печінки від живого родинного донора. Розроблено 3 способи рекон- струкції печінкових вен трансплантата та запропоновано алгоритм вибору способу в залежності від ана- томічної будови венозної системи донора.
