Abstract

Тhе issue gives the surgical treatment analysis of 2l3 patients with injuries of the abdomina! cavity organs. In the trials thе increase of penetrating wounds as well as closed multiple and combined lesions of the inner organs is shown. The most frequent causes for the injuries were: automobile traumatism, falling from height, stab and fire-arm wounds. Troacar aparocentesis with а wondering catheter is rесоmmеndеd for timely and correct іnnеr organs' injuries diagnostics. Main sнrgery methods: bleeding arrest, damaged tissue removal and restoreing of organs completeness.
