Abstract

The pancreas dшingintranatal development appears in retroperitoneal space from primary intraperitoneal position, creating its first anatomic layer. Retropancreatic fascia in the area of pancreatic head is а derivative of the dorsal peritoneum's reduced roote. Within the bоdу and the tail retropancreatic fascia is formed as а result of embryo fusion between primary left portion of the dorsal mesogastrium, wall layer of prirnary peritoneum, and retroperitoneal fascia. The anterior surface of the pancreas is covered bу primary right layer of the dorsal mesentery, and the head area -bу primary left layer in addition to the left one.
