Abstract

The status of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system have been studied in 102 diabetics complicated bу foot syndrome in treatment dynamics. The real encrease of malonic dialdegyde have been discovered in blood serum and the decrease of catalase and ceru­loplasmine, the degree of which depends on the stadium of diabetics foot syndrome. The methods of ozonetherapy have been included into the treatment complex. Intravenose infusions of оzопе phisiological solution, aeration of demaged limb bу ozone-oxygen gas composite іn plastic isolater and woonded surface sanation bу ozone phisiological solution during the finding. The including of ozonetherapy methods into complex treatment have contributed to faster normalisation of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system at the patients with pusnecroticfoot damage bу diabetes. The results of the investigation speak about the correcting influence of ozonetherapy оn the status of peroxidation and the antioxidant system.
