Нова методика інтегральної оцінки гемодинаміки

Abstract

Several existing methods of the evaluation of hemodynamics аrе observed in the article and main faults of each of them are shown. We offer the new method of evaluation of hemodynamics, which provides adequate and highly specific estimation of the work of the heart and general peripheral resistance role in the maintenance of the arterial blood pressure and makes possible the comparison of circulation of реорlе of different age and gender. After the comparison of patient's central hemodynamics parameters with the proper ones 11 types of hemodynamics are determined.
