dc.description.abstract15 female rabbits, aged 1-2 years, were studied for ovarium cortex substance haemocapillaries structure in norm and immediately after а general deep hypothermia effect using an electronic microscope. It was established that in norm the ovarium cortex substance haemocapillaries were structured according to the general principle with features of organ specificity characterister of endocrine organs. At the same time, in connection with а well-known structural and functional ovarium heterogenecity, its capillaries structure is variable. In the interfollicular stroma, the haemocapillaries wall was fonned bu 2-3 endothelial cells without an abruft narrowing of the peripheral part cytoplasm. In the compartments of the cortex substance with endocrine activity (maturing and mature follicles) the peripheral part of endotheliocytes in narrowed with а formation of pores and fenestres. Immediately after the general deep hypothermia etfect, ultrastructural changes occured in all the components of the blood capillary wall. Тhеу are especially manifested in endothelial cells and are characterised bу а cytoplasma edema resulting in the capillary lumen narrowing and microcirculation impairment.uk
