Про поширеність маркерів вірусних гепатитів серед різних груп населення Закарпатського регіону

Abstract

It is described the frequency of revealing of eight virus hepatitis' markers, it is obtained after the inspection of 325 persons from different population group of the region. On the basis of the article data we can make tlle following conclusions: 1. Among the inspected population groups (among all the inspected), fvom the revealed markers, more often is observed НbsАg - 17,84 %. 2. Тhе frequency of revealing different hepatitis markers was between two boundaries 17,8 % (НbsАg)-0,61% (аНеV). 3. The bearer of НbsАg among the inspected group of medical workers constituted 7,47%,The frequency of revealing of НbеАg was 2,8%, that tells about the manifolding ( reproduction) of the virus in the liver's cell, and the bearer as the possible source offue infection. 4. А significant one is the role of the viruses in forming the chronic liver's processes, about which gives evidence the revealed markers in this group of sick persons, such as: НbsАg-26,31%, and the so-called "chronization marker",аНВе-19, 29%.
