Деякі питання удосконалення реконструктивно-пластичної хірургії барабанної перетинки при 1-му типі тимпанопластики

Abstract

Іn this work the and author motivates аnd describes in detail the methods of plastics of tympanic membrane with the fixation of translant on the mаnubrіum mаІІеі іn case of the 1-st type of tympanoplastics реорІе who have chronic middle ear otitis. The methods are used bу the author іn practice іn the course of last 17 years. High morphological and functional results are received. FhІІ І"evival of tlhe integrity of tуmраnіс membrane the author received іm 92,б per cent of the patients, improvement of hearing - іn 82, 7 реr сеnt of the patients under the operation. In this work уоh will find the contraindications under which the 1-st type of tympanoplastics with the hsе of these methods is not carried оut.
