Abstract

Lack of commercial installation for determination of erythrocyte aggregation made us employ for this purpose photoelectrocalorimeters (РЕС) and registering devices of KSP-4 and ЕРР-09 types. Тhе most vulnerable place of the aggregometer made bу combining РЕС and KSP-4 is the mechanical ganging between the photoelectrocalorimeter having the logarithmic scale, and the recorder. The suggested design of the unit, without changing the principle of determination method of aggregation power of erythrocytes, allows due to the cluster gear to provide the direct feedback between the recorder and РЕС, which favours the accuracy of investigation and reduces the size of the aggregometer.
