Abstract

The analysis of results of treatment 36 patients with EIF is carried out, the cause of which origin was АЮ. The adhesive АЮ prevailed At соmрІеtе fistulas of а рrохіmаІ department of а small intestin, the metods of the early operative grants are offered: а method of deenergizing of an intestinal fistula, and also themethod of formation of an interintestinal anastoпюsis with temporary double-borrelled enterostoma. The procedure of definition of а level of an obstruction ОІ of an intestine bearing а fistula is offered. The authors consider, that АЮ is one of the most often causes of formation EIF, and also the application of the technical decisions and procedures of early operations conceming EIF should bе under construction with the count of а kind EIF and inflammatory -adhesive process in abdominal cavity.
