Скринінгові можливості ультрасонографії в діагностиці гострої післяопераційної тонкокишковій непрохідність

Abstract

In the investigated group of patients on the 3-5 day after various abdominal operations bу means of clinicalrentgenological method an acute impassability of small intestine was found. From this moment on before the laparatomy every 5-6 hours the state of the intestine peristalsis was determined bу means of ultrasonography, and the presence and the quantity of exudates in abdomen and in an intestine opening. For аІІ 23 patients it was found an adequate increase of clinical picture of the impassability of a small intestine, the disturbance of the intestinc peristalsis, the appearance-with further increase - of а free fluid in abdomen and in intestine opening.
