dc.description.abstractThe purulent-septic complications were noted in 61(32.4%) among 188 patients with severe acute pancreatitis. The early contamination of necrotic foci accompanied bу the highest level of lethality. Patients with the pancreatic abscesses can bе treated bу the percutaneous punction or drainage. The necrosectomy with the prolonged closed lavage is the method of choice in the management of patients with infected necrosis.uk
