Abstract

То study changes of external secretion ofpancreas, and its lосаl regulator secretin after organ-preserve operations with resort to different kinds ofv,igotomy due to acute complicated duodenal ulcers, we have selective investigated 56 operated on patients in age from 28 to 58 years (men- 49 (87,5%), women - 7 (12,5%). In this group complications structure was penetration -48, bleeding- 42, stenosis -І О, perforation - 12. Organ-preserve operations of duodenal peptic ulcer have different influence on pancreas function and regulation mecha nisms depending on kinds of vagotomy. Patients who have clinically postvagotomic disorders in 95,6% cases have insufficiency ofpancreas function. Тhis fact emphasises role of pancreas functions disorders in development of these syndromes. Most braking influence on pancreas secretion has truncal two-sided vagotomy. Influence of operations with the resort to selective proximal vagotomy is most favourable as from point of nonnalization pancreas activity, so from positions of least postvagotomic syndromes.
