Діагностика та лікування шлунково-кишкових кровотеч виразкової природи

Abstract

We observed 744 patients with bleeding at the alimentary canal during 5 years. The cause ofbleeding were stomach and duodenal ulcers at 497 (66,8%) instances. There were 374 (75,2%) men and 123 (24,7%) women. During hospitalization patients passed the basic clinical tests and they were probed. It were hospitalized 184 (37,0%) patients with anemia of the fist class, 204 (4 l,0%) patients with anemia of the second class and 109 (22,0%)- with anemia of the third class. The stable local heamostasis was at 85 ( 19,5%) cases, the unstable - at 228 (50,2%) cases. The bleeding was going on at 123 (28,2%) patients. We took individual rational tactics of treatment. During first 96 hours we performed on 146 (29,4%) patients. After urgent operations were dead 11 (8,08%) humen.
