Abstract

The results of surgical treatment of 220 patient with complicated duodenal ulcer are analized. Combined complications in the form of stenosis, penetration, infla-mmatory infiltrate indifferent combinations appear in 35% of patients. In the structure of combined complications, penetration combined with stenosis is the most соmmоn. It appears in 70% of patient. If the inflammatory ulcer infiltrate is combined with stenosis, espesialli when ulcer is located in the postbulbaris section of duodenmn, drain operation with gastroenterostomy with the "cut off' of ulcer combined with selective procsimal vagotomy is reasonable.
